- 6 hardboiled eggs
- 2 tbs HOT TAR® Tartar sauce
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs relish
- paprika (optional)
- Cut shelled eggs in half and put yolks in separate bowl.
- Arrange white halves on plate.
- Mash yolks with fork.
- Add HOT TAR Tartar, mustard, relish and salt. Mix together
- Fill the egg halves with mixture.
- Garnish with paprika or cayenne pepper.
